Francisco Guimarães
Programme Director
Holds a PhD in Computer Science, specialising in ontologies supported by metadata for interoperability between Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence, awarded by the University of Évora. He also holds a PhD in Digital Media Art from the Open University and the University of Algarve.
With over 30 years of consulting experience, he has led research and development projects across the banking, insurance, financial services, utilities and industrial sectors. His international experience spans Portugal, France, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Angola and the United Arab Emirates.
